BOOKING MODIFICATION

You can modify your booking free of charge up to 24h before the arrival date if you have chosen the flexible rate by contacting the hostel directly.

BOOKINGS

When booking several individual beds (and not a full shared room), it is not guaranteed that they will all be in the same room; we will try to assign them together based on availability, so if you wish to ensure this, you must contact reception in advance.

A booking of 8 people or more is considered a group booking and must be made through the group bookings department via email. Otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel said booking without a refund.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel free of charge up to 24h before the arrival date as long as you choose the flexible rate.

If you do not cancel within the deadline and do not show up at the hostel on the arrival date, the first night will be charged to the card provided.

Cancellations of non-refundable rate bookings will not be entitled to a refund of the amount previously paid.

Bookings made by men in female-only rooms will be cancelled.

DEPOSIT

A cash or card deposit of €10 per person is required as a security bond, which will be returned at check-out if there are no damages.

The loss of the key or failure to comply with hostel rules entails the loss of the deposit at a minimum, but depending on the severity of the matter, the penalty may be higher.

The key opens the room and, where applicable, access doors to common areas.

LOCKERS

Shared rooms have lockers for guests’ belongings; however, the hostel is not responsible for the loss, theft, or misplacement of personal items.

CHECK-IN CHECK-OUT

Check-in times:

Madrid: 14:00

Porto: 14:30

San Sebastián: 15:00

Córdoba: 14:00

If the room is available earlier, we will try to move the check-in forward.

We are required to ask for a passport or government-issued ID. Make sure to bring a photo ID to register your stay.

Check-out can be done until 11:00. Failure to comply with this rule could result in the loss of the deposit.

There is the possibility of a late check-out provided it is arranged with reception in advance and there is availability.

Late Check-out Cost

Madrid, Córdoba, and Porto: 5.00€

San Sebastián: 8€ for beds in shared rooms, 15€ in private rooms.

EXTRAS

The hostel provides all bed linen.

Breakfast is served from 8:00 to 10:30 every day. Sometimes it may vary; to be sure, please ask at reception.

MINORS

We only accept minors under 18 years of age if they are accompanied by an adult and have booked a private room.

Minors under 18 are not accepted in shared rooms.

We reserve the right to cancel without refund any bookings that do not meet this requirement.

PROHIBITIONS

The consumption of narcotic substances on the hostel premises is strictly prohibited.

It is forbidden to consume alcohol purchased outside the hostel in both the rooms and common areas. We have a bar with affordable prices that is open every day.

Our hostel is a smoke-free space. In case of violation of this rule or if an excessive level of dirtiness is detected in the room, we reserve the right to apply an additional charge of €50 for cleaning and maintenance.

Pets are not allowed.

Access to the rooms by people not staying at the hostel is not permitted.
